LuPine & Co. was created from a deep appreciation for both structure and growth — two qualities that are essential in every successful real estate transaction.
The name LuPine & Co. is inspired by Idaho itself, combining the lupine flower, known for its vibrant growth across the state, and the white pine tree, a symbol of strength, stability, and deep roots. Together, they reflect the foundation of this business: steady, reliable support and coordination that elevates every transaction so it blooms with clarity and confidence.
LuPine & Co. was also built with intention on a personal level. After spending time as a Senior Transaction Coordinator, I found that I truly enjoyed the work — the structure, the pace, and being part of the real estate process from contract to close. I missed the industry and the role I played in helping transactions come together seamlessly.
At the same time, I wanted to create something of my own — something that would allow me to support my family while also building a business rooted in the work I value. LuPine & Co. was created to provide that balance: the ability to be present for my family while continuing to support agents through organized, reliable, and high-level transaction coordination.
Today, that purpose carries through every file. Combining experience in commercial real estate transaction coordination with a background in legal environments — including prosecution, boutique real estate law, and civil litigation — I bring a strong understanding of contracts, timelines, and the importance of getting every detail right.
LuPine & Co. exists to provide thoughtful, structured support — so agents can feel confident, transactions can stay on track, and every closing is handled with professionalism and care.
My experience spans the real estate, legal, and law enforcement administration environments — each requiring a high level of accuracy, organization, and process management.
-
Senior Transaction Coordinator & Supervisor (Commercial Real Estate - 2+ years)
-
Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary (Prosecution, Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation - 5+ years)
-
Law Enforcement Administration (Corrections, Patrol, Records, Transportation - 10+ years)
Across these roles, I developed a strong foundation in contract management, legal documentation, and high-volume, deadline-driven environments where accuracy, organization, and communication are essential.
This foundation allows me to bring a level of structure, clarity, and attention to detail that directly translates into well-managed, low-stress transactions. Hence, why this experience naturally evolved into transaction coordination, where structure, precision, and proactive communication come together to keep every file moving smoothly from contract to close.
My approach is structured, proactive, and detail-driven.
Every transaction is managed with:
-
Clear timelines and consistent follow-up
-
Organized, compliant file management
-
Professional communication with all parties
-
A focus on preventing issues before they arise
I do not just react to transactions — I manage them.
I work best with agents who:
-
Value organization and clear communication
-
Want a reliable, consistent transaction process
-
Are looking to elevate their client experience
-
Prefer a detail-oriented partner they can trust
If you are looking for a calm, professional presence
behind the scenes to keep everything on track — you
are in the right place.
